Preheat oven to 350°. Mix 2
cups flour with the butter and powdered sugar and press into a 9x13x2-inch
baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350° until golden brown.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the crust.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until filling is set. If necessary, cover
with aluminum foil towards the end of baking time to prevent scorching.
Cool completely and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
